Granola

Granola takes meeting notes without sending a bot into the call — it captures your computer audio directly, so no participant sees a notetaker join, and it works with Zoom, Google Meet, Teams and anything else. Its pricing page lists audio deleted after transcription on every tier, SOC 2 Type II certification and per-user model-training opt-out. Basic is free with 30 days of history, Business is $14/user/mo for unlimited history and integrations, Enterprise is $35/user/mo with SSO and org-wide retention policies. Because no bot announces itself, you are responsible for telling participants they are being transcribed.
